Job Description:
Manage country websites, multilingual sites and micro sites. Coordinate with internal departments and external agencies to update all initiatives and developments on jetairways.com, 9wagents.com and jetlite.com. Ensure data / content is accurate, relevant and current at all times. Liaise with existing and potential users of e-commerce services and initiate solutions to business problems encountered. Recommend website initiatives and when implemented ensure compliance. Document the requirements for website development and liaise with the technical agency to get the same developed. Test applications to ensure it meets the desired standards. Execute quality assurance checks on website content and application logic on a timely basis. Keep abreast with new e-commerce developments in the market. Respond and analyze feedback received through the website and use the same for further enhancements. Recommend on an ongoing basis key features to be promoted on the website.
