Recruitment of Junior Engineers in Border Security Force(BSF) March 2011

Applications are invited from male Indian citizens for the post of Group ‘B’ post of Sub Inspector/Junior Engineer(Civil and Electrical) in the Border Security Force, Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India:

Sub Inspector/Junior Engineer(Civil): 18 posts(UR-5, OBC-7, SC-3,ST-3)
Pay Band: PB-2 Rs.9300-34800/- Grade pay Rs.4200/-
Age: 18 to 25 years

Sub Inspector/Junior Engineer(Electrical): 13 posts(UR-2, OBC-6, SC-3,ST-2)
Pay Band: PB-2 Rs.9300-34800/- Grade pay Rs.4200/-
Age: 18 to 25 years

Qualification: Minimum three years Diploma in Civil Engineering or Electrical Engineering from an Institute recognized by Central/ State Government.

Application Fee: Application should be accompanied by a Crossed Bank Draft/Indian Postal Order for Rs.50/- only for Gen/OBC candidates as the examination fee in favour of The Inspector General or DIG/Comdt to whom the application is addressed payable at respective SBI/post office.
