Sr. No. Name of the Posts No of Vacancies Duration Educational and Technical Qualification 1 Transport Planning Professional 01 5 Yrs Master of Transport Planning or Equivalent: With experience in Public Transport B.Arch/B.E Exp-Knowledge of current host practices in low-carbon transportation planning including Transit Oriented Development; Experience in design and implementation of Public Transport Systems, planning for non-motorized transport and pedestrian movement: strategies to reduce car-dependency for short & medium trips; and roadway design with equitable distribution of road space. Knowledge of National and City level urban transport policies for Delhi 2 Architecture 01 Master in Urban Design or Equivalent; B.Arch Experience: in large scale spatial planning and urban design projects: development of urban development typologies; creation of form-based urban design codes; integration or sustainable design techniques and decentralized/ ecological infrastructure systems into community design; knowledge of current Indian planning! built-form regulatory frameworks. 3 Architecture Professional 01 Master in Environmental Design (not mandatory): B.Arch. Relevant work experience and executed projects are mandatory. Knowledge of current National/ International Green Building & Sustainable Design Standards; Experience in implementing urban design and architecture projects using sustainable decentralized systems, Energy conservation systems, and water/waste water) solid waste recycling strategies- Should be aware of LEED rating procedures and creation of Environmentally sensitive Design Codes 4 Real Estate Analysts or Development Economist  02 Master degree in Urban Economics) Real Estate/ Business Administration or Equivalent. Experience: in developing funding mechanisms for public projects; Previous projects involving public private partnerships: Formulating incentives, development bonuses and cross-subsidy mechanisms for attracting private inveernent into public sector projects; knowledge of current Delhi market trends; experience of doing market segmentation analysis for local communities and determining absorption capacities./ needs) strategies for catalyzing localized economic growth/ development (esp. in distressed communities). 5 Landscape Architect/Ecologist 01 Master of Landscape Architecture or, Environmental Design) Planning or Equivalent: B.Arch Exp-Knowledge of current Indian & International hest practices in Environmental Protection and Regulatory Frameworks: Experience in identification, preservation and management of Natural Storm Water Systems: and Design, creation and management of Constructed storm water management systems at the community level with effective drainage/harvesting/ recharge techniques: localized flood prevention techniques; Knowledge of native species ecological characteristics of Delhi. 6 Environmental Engineering 01 Master of Envirorimental Engineering; B.E./B. Tech/MSc; Relevant work experience is prerequisite. Exp-Knowledge of current National! Autonomous or Statutory Organizations and possessing the following qualifications shall be eligible for deputation:- (a) (i) Holding analogous posts; or (ii) Junior Commissioned Officer with 8 years of service of Security Management/ Fire Fighting duties; or (iii) Officers from Police/ Industrial Security Force/ Public Sector Undertaking/ Autonomous Bodies (under Govt.) in the rank of Inspector or equivalent with 5 years of regular service. Preference will be given to the candidates possessing experience of Fire Fighting duties in supervisory capacity.
