National Textile Corporation Ltd., is looking for qualified and experienced Professionals in relevant disciplines for recruitment on regular basis. Experience is not a pre-requisite for those selected as Management Trainees.

Senior Executive Director/Executive Director: 02 posts
Qualification:

• B.Tech/M.Tech in Textile Technology.
• Minimum 20 years experience out of which atleast 10 years in senior management cadre.

Pay Scale: Rs.62000-80000(E-9)/Rs.51300-73000(E8)

General Manager(Technical): 03 posts
Qualification:

• B.Tech/M.Tech in Textile Technology
• Minimum 15 years experience

Pay Scale: Rs.36600-62000(E6)

DGM Technical(Weaving): 03 posts
Qualification: B.Tech/Diploma in Textile Engineering with 12 years or 15 years of experience respectively in weaving.
Pay Scale: Rs.32900-58000(E5)

DGM Technical(Spinning): 03 posts
Qualification: B.Tech/Diploma in Textile Engineering with 12 years or 15 years of experience respectively in spinning.
Pay Scale: Rs.32900-58000(E5)

DGM Technical(Finance): 01 post
Qualification: CA/ICSW/MBA(Fin) with 12 years Experience
Pay Scale: Rs.32900-58000(E5)

Senior Manager Technical(Processing): 02 posts
Qualification: B.Tech/Diploma in Textile Engineering with 10 years or 12 years of experience respectively in processing.
Pay Scale: Rs.29100-54500(E4)

Senior Manager Technical(Garmenting): 02 posts
Qualification: B.Tech/Diploma in Textile Engineering with 10 years or 12 years of experience respectively in Garmenting.
Pay Scale: Rs.29100-54500(E4)

Management Trainee: 12 posts(HR/Finance/Marketing/Technical)
Qualification:
Technical: Graduate in Textile Engineering.
Engineering: Graduate in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
Marketing: Post Graduate Degree/Diploma/MBA(2 years–full time) in Marketing.
Finance: CA/ICWA/MBA(Fin)
Human Resource: Post Graduate Degree/Diploma/MBA/MSW(2years full time) in HR/Personnel.
Stipend: 1st year–Rs.10000/- On successful completion, the Trainee will be placed in the Scale of Rs.12600-32500(E0)
Age: 28 years

Application Fee : A non-refundable Account Payee demand draft for Rs. 300/- drawn in favour of National Textile Corporation Ltd. on any Nationalised Bank payable at New Delhi. No fee is payable by SC / ST candidates and other persons with disability (PWD).
