Jawaharlal Institute of Post Graduate Medical Education and Research (JIPMER), Puducherry (Under the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India) invites application from eligible candidates for the post of X-ray Technician.

Educational Qualification: B.Sc., in Radiotherapy Technology (3 years course) or equivalent from a recognized University or Institute approved by AERB with 2 years experience in operating Radiotherapy equipment's in an established centre. (OR) Diploma in Radiotherapy Technology (2 years course) or equivalent from a recognized Institution approved by AERB with 3 years experience in operating Radiotherapy equipment's in an established centre.

Application Fee: Rs.500/- for General and OBC Candidates, Rs.250/- for ST Category candidates. The fee should be paid in the form of Demand Draft in favour of ‘Accounts Officer, JIPMER, Payable at Pondicherry (State Bank of India - JIPMER Branch).

How To Apply: Application (Prescribed Pro-forma) along with attested copies of certificates reach to the Director, JIPMER, Puducherry – 605 006. The last date for receipt of filled in applications is 26.09.2011. Application cover should be superscribed as “Application for the Post of X-Ray Technician (Radiotherapy).”
