ADegree in Law will be an added qualification. Should have held independent charge ofPersonnel Management and Industrial relations functions in a large industrialundertaking/Shipyard. He must be thoroughly conversant with modern concepts ofPersonnel Management / Industrial Relations and be abreast of the latest trends inLabour Legislations and practices. Experience in a Shipyard/Dockyard for atleast threeyears and working knowledge of Telugu will be preferred.
