Minimum Essential Qualification: Matriculation or equivalent from a recognized Institute/University/Board. Three years Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized Institution/University/Board or equivalent. (OR) Passed intermediated Examination in Building and Quality Surveying (Su-Division-II) of the Institute of Surveyors (India).
