Private Secretary 01 Rs.9300-34800/- PM a) Officers of the Central Public Sector Undertakings / Statutory and Autonomous bodies (i) holding equivalent post on regular basis or (ii) with 6 years of regular service in the grade of Personal Assistant in pay band PB-2 Rs.9300-34800 with grade pay of Rs.4200. b) The officer must possess the working knowledge of computer. 02. Personal Assistant 01 a) Officials of the Central Public Sector Undertakings / Statutory and Autonomous bodies (i) holding equivalent post on regular basis or (ii) with six years of regular service in the Stenographer Grade D in pay band PB-1 Rs.5200-20200 with grade pay of Rs.2400. b) The officer must possess the working knowledge of computer. 03. Stenographer (Hindi) 01 Rs.5200-20200/- PM Officials of the Central Public Sector Undertakings / Statutory and Autonomous bodies (i) holding equivalent post or (ii) Lower Division Clerk with a speed of 80 w.p.m. in Stenography (Hindi) and typing speed of 30 w.p.m. and possessing working knowledge of computer.
